What's New

Reminder: All R03, R21, R21/R33, R33 and R34 Grant Applications Must Use SF424 (R&R) and Grants.gov for the June 1, 2006, Submission Date and Beyond (NOT-OD-06-068)
National Institutes of Health Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality
http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-06-068.html

If you are submitting under any of these mechanisms for the June 1, 2006 deadline, you must route the application with a transmittal to the Office of Research no later than May 25th.

Submitting a proposal through the Office of Research?

New TRANSMITTAL: Use only the new version of the transmittal; it is available at http://dor.umc.edu/forms/UMC/transmittal06.pdf

Submitting hard copy?  Completed proposal should be submitted to Office of Research by 9 a.m. three working days prior to the submission deadline.

Submitting electronically through an agency’s web-based system?  A minimum of five working days is required for processing the proposal. This allows for resolution of technical issues, and helps avoid delays caused by unstable electronic systems experiencing heavy access at the deadline.
